There are two possible reasons for this:

1. You really aren't supposed to be here. This file is hidden from normal users, and /robots.txt told you not to go there. So did the meta tags. Yet you did. Too bad. So sad.
2. There is a server misconfiguration, the chances of which are infinitesimal.
